In talk therapy, I am here to support you in reconnecting with yourself and improving your relationships, both with yourself and others. Together, we can uncover patterns that may be holding you back or no longer serving you, empowering you to heal any unresolved wounds and overcome barriers from past experiences.
My training and experience includes working with individuals who have challenges with self-esteem/self-worth issues, perfectionism, relational issues (individual), codependency, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and overcoming substance abuse. I am excited to help you dig deep in order to identify barriers and find new solutions.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental, and creative approach to therapy, and I work from an integrative & relational framework that incorporates attachment theory, polyvagal theory, internal family systems, mindfulness, DBT, CBT, and skill building to assist you in healing and in growth.
